Poll: Kelly’s Tax Increase
Governor Laura Kelly promised during the 2018 election to not raise taxes. Within her first 100 days of taking office, she broke that promise. Kelly vetoed legislation that would have prevented an income tax hike and reduce the sales tax on food.
